The post office itself has moved, and this is now just a parcel collection facility. There's a load of temporary fencing around the steps which is all crooked and falling over, so you have to walk around and past the empty, boarded up building. It all feels a bit sad. Also the parking is terrible. There's a lay-by outside but it seems to get used by people not collecting parcels, which is frustrating. Last time I went, I managed to park a way back on the other side of the road. As I was walking up to the place, a 4x4 backed in to a tiny space at the end of the lay-by. When I went to leave, I was stuck because a bus had come along and couldn't fit past the 4x4. Thus is just a personal thing but it always seems that when I go in there to collect something (I'll be straight in, straight out), there will be someone in front being awkward and taking ages, and usually someone behind heavy breathing!
