Unbelievably rude - didn't get acknowledged, the woman just sat and stared at me like a piece of dirt. Asked to drop off a parcel - got a "leave it there" as if I was causing a huge inconvenience. Asked for proof of postage - didn't even get a response! She sat there and stared until I gave up and left.
First time I have been to this post office and got greeted with an angry face, looking at me as if I was stealing something. Also my parcel was damaged.
Staff are rude as hell and seem to not want to help you when you go there. No parking, always closed, totally useless company and service. The posties leave those "sorry you were out" slips but write a reference number on it that isn't legible at all so you cant punch it in online to reschedule a delivery! I'd give them a 0 star if it was possible.
Very narrow opening hours. How can the public be expected to collect packages?
Opening hours so tight it’s clear Royal Mail think they are the customer not the public. Total joke hours
There hardly open now. 2 hours a day if lucky and times when most people work. A joke of a service. As from 12/6/2021. Failed amazon delivery of a cd. No card through door but claiming they couldn't locate my address!!!. Not only that they now have sent it back to sender!!!!. Use the post office at your peril but be careful there union Will be on the case. Joke joke joke.
Very helpful staff. It's a small office next to the cycle shop, so no direct parking outside, but there is ample free parking 2.5 Hours, next to the station only 5 minutes walk.
No parking, shuts at 1pm when the majority of people work till 5. Not to mention the most unfriendly and down right rude counter staff of any establishment ever!
Absolutely nowhere to park for customers. Ended up having to park at the station and then walking up.
Rude staff. Only opens two hours a day.
