This company are the worst postal company in the uk hands down. The staff at the main office are so ignorant and don’t listen to what you are saying one bit. 7.00 in the morning I get a text saying we couldn’t deliver your package today! Never a knock on the door, nothing. at 7.00 in the morning? Later that morning I ring the depot to get some clarity and some absolute ignorant muppet who sounded half asleep says” well that is obviously a mistake isn’t it! Continues to talk over me and says this happens all the time and it’s probably better to come pick item up!!! What..?? Big tip. Get staff who have a professional attitude and do nt sound hungover on the phone..not surprised other delivery companies are doing better than Royal Mail. Gone to the dogs
It's a big delivery office. Very hard to get parked to collect your parcel from here.
0 stars. Rather than ringing doorbell or asking the multiple workmen going in and out of the house they put a very expensive parcel in the bin. No note through the door either. How the hell is this a safe space to leave it! A small package chucked in the bin?
It's OK however it has stupid and I mean stupid opening hours. Open willynilly not sure who came up with those hours weird and highly annoying to say the least
Absolutely disgusting service. They are hardly ever open. I've been over twice to collect a parcel and both times closed. Its all use of petrol. Its in a poor location, not central and over the river for me. Bad parking facilities. Very poor.
We had a missed delivery today, and went to the Sunderland collection office on the off chance our package could be there. We were served by Martin, who went above and beyond to retrieve our package. Setting the standard for great customer service. Made our day. Thank you Martin.
Personally I've had no problems myself with this Mail Office, sometimes the parking is bad. But other wise ok
Martin went above and beyond on the Saturday 06/01/24 morning to make sure we got our important package. He was so friendly and approachable and made it really easy for us. Without his hard work, we would have had to wait til next week for our item. He really went above and beyond. Thank you so much for your help today.
What is the point of customers number if you won’t call, I am so disappointed right now‍ Why would do deliver a package without calling the customer to inform them about their package
Great for picking up parcels you mist been delivered to your home sometimes your not in and its that huge toy you been waiting for and it doesn't fit through your letter box
