Absolutely shocking service, rude unhelpful staff. What do they really want a pay rise for when they are unwilling to actually do there job. Postman just posted a card saying I missed the delivery because he couldn’t be bothered carrying a big box which I paid £20 to be delivered. My 13 year old paperboy has a higher success delivery rate and better work ethic than our postman. When you go to this depot you get no help at all.
My parcel has been stuck in the Mail Center Customs since September 2022. I have no way to contact Royal Mail to get an update as the track number shows it's there and hasn't changed since. The parcel was sent from abroad. Is there any way to get an update or to speak to an agent? Calling to Customer Service didn't help.
Opening times incorrect, I came on the 15/12/2022. Potentially they are on strike nevertheless it’s would’ve been helpful if I got a heads up or even a notice at the entrance door saying we are closed for strike.
Manchester missed Royal Mail delivery/ collection centre. Limited parking had to wait for someone to drive out before I could park.

Unhelpful and petty staff with no consideration for small business owners. Refuse to make any concessions or try to be helpful. Avoid as much as possible. Luckily the rest of the royal mail isn't like the staff at this depot.
