Easy to find as it's just by the road, signs are clear as to where to go for assistance. Fast service.
Usually a positive experience - but couldn’t collect my parcel today 30/08/22 which is outside of the proposed strike days. As for the opening hours - anybody who works a normal day shift can no longer collect their parcels as the office is closed outside of the normal operating hours
Closed now at 13:30 on a Thursday…. I am wondering if they are ever opened… And the Phone doesnt work…

Easy to collect your missed parcels.
Missed my parcel and had to come here to collect. People behind the counter was so welcoming and lovely and got my parcel to me super quick :
Came there 10 minutes before closing time and they wouldn’t let me Collect my parcel
You should update your website to include actual opening hours of the collection office so that people don't make unnecessary journeys. Website says open until 12:30, I'm here at 11:20, sign taped on the door only open until 10:00. Don't advertise a service you can't provide.
