Service from this place is soooo poor..just arrived to pick up a parcel that the postman/woman could quite easily have left in a secure place or with a neighbour,website shows its open till 2pm on saturday,but hey...its CLOSED..due to covid-19...
Very poor service, many times parcels where not delivered or left somewhere else without giving the address. Missing post etc. These ppl need to have test from maths and English before starting the job there as can't read or recognise the numbers on the letters/ parcels
The Sorting Office on Lyng Lane in West Bromwich is open Monday to Saturday 8am to 10am. I do wish that the opening hours could be extended for anyone who is not able to work from home. I hope that this review will help everyone.
Extremely rude service. Not helpful at all, obnoxious behaviour from ‘the gentleman’ at the front window. Not sure why he still works there tbh, he’s been like that for years.
Just wanted to thank the local postman for redelivering our parcel today so quickly. It was very much appreciated.
There's no post office, just collection of parcels etc at wrong advertised time
too short opening time should change to 12
