Sender paid for delivery. RM said they tried to deliver but they didn't we have cameras. Said I was to collect it at DO but only open 8-10am. Why have to pay for a rubbish service with no apology
Urgent parcel was supposed to be delivered today. Paid for next day delivery on Wednesday and apparently RM "cannot attempt delivery today" USELESS!
Awful Charge for me to pay as sender under paid but charging me £3.50!! you're having a laugh!.
I have used this post many times, however since the new management took over they have made my parcels reply expensive, which is different from the price i get in Reading. I paid last time £12 for a tinny parcel going to Europe. I thought was very expensive but was in a rush and did not have to loom it up. Again today i wanted to sent something in europe but he again gave me the price £12 which i refused to sent it. Looked it up now and he was charging me for a tinny parcel for the price of parcel 60cm by 40cm. My parcel should have cost £7.50 which i bought online and shipped it now already. Will not use their services again.
I remember when RM used to be solid great company.Now its just loose poo and fart stain.
50 minutes waiting time just to speak to someone, phoned 5 or 6 times different times of the day, What a joke
First rate..the postman couldn't find my parcel at first then said come back later even though they were then technically shut by which time they'd found it Above and beyond normal service Thank you
Does exactly what it says on the tin! Ideal for having parcels delivered if you’re not going to be in. Just a shame the opening hours are so few.
Lucky to get one delivery a week now, waiting for parts for customers bikes cab take 6 or 7 days now for next day delivery.. not good for business.
Staff are amazing. But opening hours are wrong. They are not open Thursday 3pm to 7pm. Only 8am to 10am, same as the other wek days.
