Left my parcel in a safe place but didn’t leave a card saying where they had left it. No answer on phone when I’ve tried ringing. Absolutely awful.

Will not leave parcels despite pre-arranged with the company I order from. Will only allow to redirect to a post office in my post code area. So unhelpful when I work in a different post code area. It takes 1hr to get to this distribution office from where I work and so cannot get there in time to collect before they close during the week. Did not leave with neighbour when I asked for re-delivery. Phone not often answered. Complaints do not get answered. Service is disappointing to say the least.

My parcel had arrived but I didn't know about it as no card left to say they tried to deliver. Even though I was home both time they suggested they came around. So parcel still at post office after 2 weeks!!! Will not use Royal Mail again.

Stupid seller put the wrong house number on special delivery envelope with 2 AC/DC tickets inside, we were waiting to leave for London as soon as they arrived. Manager at Ely contacted our local Postman who then helped to sort out the mistake by meeting up with the postman that had our tickets and delivered them back to us before 12. Absolutely Fantastic effort all round.

Why do we have a post office where no one answers the phone? You can't get help when you need it!!! I think this problem should be looked into
