The staff are really helpful and approachable. If the rating was on customer service I would give a 5. The issue is....that they only open 8am - 10am which makes it really difficult if you work. I have not been there on a Saturday so do not know what times they are open, if they even open. Parking is a bit fiddley as you can no longer park in the building car park. If you have trouble with mobility you will struggle getting there as people tend to park all down the sides of the road which means if you don't get there early, you have to park further down in the estate and walk back. The main issue is that for whatever reason the opening times on google are wrong! from my experience they are open Mon-Fri 8am - 10am.
Missed a parcel yesterday so checked the website for opening times and went to collect it today around 4.45pm. Unfortunately the whole building was closed and there was nobody to speak to. This is totally unacceptable as I made a special journey to collect this as you cannot offer a redelivery at a convenient time. Why does the site say that you are open when you are clearly not.
Pointless opening hours. The rest of the population works full time and lots of people work Saturdays too. Completely ludicrous operation. The even have the neck to strike aswell!!

Why is the Web site not updated with opening times? From Aug they have new times listed on their door, but not on the website. Wasted my time.
