Had lots of letters taken 4 days first class, with the next days frank marks on them ? Plus lots witout a franking mark ? Seems to me that they are all over the place. A first class letter sent on the 27th didnt arrive until the 6th,.i will be looking for faster companies because they are not royal any more, and you can see why !

Post never gets delivered until well into the afternoon. The post service for Penywaun from this office is single handedly killing my business which relies heavily on parcel deliveries arriving on time. Never any answer on the phone number provided, bad attitude and a "don't care" approach when I go there to get the parcels which have been sent back, because the postman tried to deliver them after 5:30pm when my shop is shut. What a stupid time of day to be delivering packages. Terrible service, terrible staff.
