Great service and has always have been. Amazon had made a mistake with a returning item. I had to ring royal mail several times , each time I was dealt with professionalism. My issues soon got fixed.
Never rings the door bell so I'm always having to go collect my parcel and never delivers in the time slot provided and can't even get hold of a human to talk to to resolve any issues
Opening times are wishy washy. Not the most convenient and hard to find the first time as looks as if it down a dodgy alleyway!
Opening times are awful
Useless 3 days without my parcel now
I don't know why they say they are open when they are not!
