I do wonder why RM think it’s OK to keep my Xmas cards in their sorting offices. Totally ruined my Xmas as all my family cards haven’t been delivered. No consideration for elderly who weren’t able to see their family & not even their cards. Also, when it suits your posties they throw my parcels on the doorstep but the day before you last strike you took it away again. That was 22 December, so I will have to collect myself & hope I won’t have to queue in the cold! I have been down with flu for almost 2 weeks. Other Companies leave with neighbours or redeliver.! Any support I had for your strike disappeared when you decided 2 days before Xmas to withhold your service & I still haven’t received my Xmas. It’s the public your hurting not your employers!
Where to even start... Poor location - no parking and a tiny little room where you usually end up queueing outside. Often closes early - at least once a week! Poor attitude of staff - package left out on the rain then given to me in a large see through plastic bag. No apology or anything. Also had a go at me for collecting the same day to which I explained the issue with often turning up and the place being shut and she denied this but then admitted well yeah we do close sometimes but only once per week. This isn't correct 3 days last week they shut an hour early. Don't know how this place is still going, I dread to receive items from the royal mail and would never choose to use them
The post office have forgot they are running a business. Pretty sure some of the staff think they work for the Queen posting letters as a favour. Literally every time I pick up a parcel it closed due to sickness. Never mind the strikes. Go round the back and Literally 10 staff milling about.
Terrible is this royal mail in this town . Always closing early . So when parcel is in there office we can never collect it say after work. And if no one is in why cant you just leave with a neighbour like other companies do .shocking
Easy 5 stars for me, I really can't figure out the negative reviews Royal Mail service for myself has always been excellent.
My letter was 2 pence short on the postage so they delivered a red ticket for my house to do a 10 mile round trip that included an extra £1 fee as well to collect the letter. Rude staff and poor service. But hey no-one there cares anyway. All for two pence
Zero stars, not for you lovely lady.. Open till 12 today only. I do understand your your policy about parcels and ID. But I'm don't understand your opening times and your attitude to "pandemic",. Just wondering how many times you have properly cleaned the door opening switch? In the case the post office cares so much you should do this every customer passing through your door. If you're care, why you putting your customers at risk, this is wrong also don't forget you're there for us not other way!
Staff are a joke! They haven't delivered my mail for 3 months! They certainly do not deserve any pay rise!
