What a mess the Royal Mail has become. I feel really sorry for the competent, diligent and helpful people who are still somehow trying to do their jobs. Expected several parcels from Amazon via the Royal Mail today. Was told by Amazon they would delivered by 8pm. At 10pm I had a message that they would now be delivered by January 23rd or i could get a refund. Also today I was expecting a re-delivery of a parcel unknown sender from the New Year period, after I followed the instructions on the red card I was left. RM confirmed it would be delivered today. Nothing has arrived. When I went to view the tracking number, there is a photo of it being delivered to someone else on January 4th!!

Been using there services for many years, haven't had any problems with my delivery's. Only advise is walk to the delivery office rather than driving, as parking is appalling.
Made no attempt to deliver after I paid the extra for next day delivery this has happened twice now
My item was sent by 48hr tracking service and it arrived at the depo 3 days ago and still not delivered, my house is only 2 minutes walking distance. Worst mail service in the world. Someone at the management level needs to look into their working habit, these people are not doing their job properly.
