Horrible. Last night 23:00 was there, 7:00am was there also, still not sending to Croydon and for gods sake it only took half an hour to take the train. Either lazy or they want to steal your parcel. Shame on Royal Mail and your useless customer service which only repeat same information. I hope I can give 0. Royal Shame :
Every parcel i have on way is currently sitting at gatwick mail centre as is the normal .Whoever manages that place needs sacking selling 48h delivery and then have you take a week to ten days to deliver is plain out misselling and fraud. midlands superhub is running well customers dont need the delays gatwick mail centre instills plz close its not needed anymore lots of stolen parcels as well nine this year alone is some of your posties kitting out houses with peoples orders again naughty naughty audit needed
Like others my 24 hour tracked parcel has been stuck at this place for over a week. Either there are some thieves amongst the staff or they are incompetent and seem to lose a lot of parcels. If your parcels go through this place you best keep your fingers crossed
I will never use Royal Mail again for anything important EVER AGAIN. I chose this service as it was a 5-7 working day delivery to Cyprus. Fast but economical. NOT. It took from 2-7 Dec just to get from Garwick MC to Langley HWDC sorting office and is still there on the 10th. I checked online and ROYAL MAIL says I should EXPECT DELAYS - For Europe of up to 20 days AFTER the delivery period. This is to protect them against claims. I cant even make a complaint online as there is no tick box for delay or late. BEWARE THIS IS A TOXIC COMPANY. Because of this I will need to exit Cyprus and return in another 90 days. I am FURIOUS.
I ve been tracking my parcel it arrived at Gatwick on the 7th of November 2024, it's now the 13th meant to be 48 hour tracked and still no idea when I will receive it. Please what is going on here?
