Received a ‘something for you’ card through the letterbox telling me I had a parcel to collect next working day with opening times printed on it. Turned up on Sunday as it mentioned it was open but was not. Typical Royal Mail service, this big oil tanker of a ‘service’ needs to have more attention to detail and a better service to survive. I feel sorry for the ordinary Royal Mail employee who works for a company that is not moving with the times. Even DPD are better than the Royal Mail and that is day ing something. Perhaps the Royal Nail should be sold up the French?

Rubbish don't deliver on time..state they left missed you card and haven't...Don't answer the phone...Absolutely hopeless....
