What's the point of having a dedicated collection point if there is nowhere to park to collect things? Bet the neighbours who live there aren't best pleased with the sheer volume of traffic parking outside their houses - and yet the car park itself was completely empty at 1.30pm - ludicrous arrangement.

Service is very good, a shame they have an empty yard and insist people collecting items and I assume their employees park on the street. Come on you can do better than this Royal Mail!

Very congested parking situation now as only have limited road side spaces available for customers. Often very busy with only one member of staff helping customers. Identification essential in order to collect.
