All of the staff were amazing !nnHowever in room 24 the bed is loud whenever you move, there's a massive stain on the bathroom ceiling and the taps won't stay hot, they fluctuate which effects the ability to showernnPool facilities great !
Lack of beers available in the function rooms. Short of staff. Had to go looking around the hotel to get someone to serve behind the bar at our private function. They had to put beer from another room which made the wait even longer.
Sadly due to unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel my stay here ,despite this and the fact I had accidentally booked two rooms instead of one the staff could not have been more helpful and understanding . A special mention goes out to Donna who helped re book both rooms and get me a full refund from Expedia thank you donna .I will definitely be re booking
Staff are very helpful and polite and make everyone feel welcome. Rooms are clean and tidy. Food great and evening entertainment good. Would recommend to family and friends. Manager always seen running around helping which is good to see.
Had a great time celebrating a 21st Birthday!nYou could get cheaper rooms via AirBnB but you would miss out on the great service, bar and delicious breakfast.nI'd recommend having a drink before bed, to loosen yourself up so you can fit into your hotel room. Our toilet was level with the bed and separated by a sliding door. So you have to be quite comfortable with your partner.
