The Royal Crescent is absolutely stunning and truly lives up to its reputation. The sweeping Georgian architecture is beautifully preserved, and the view across the lawn is picture-perfect from every angle. It’s a lovely place for a leisurely stroll, a quiet sit in the sunshine, or simply soaking up the history and atmosphere. Even on a busy day it feels calm and elegant. If you’re visiting Bath, this is an absolute must-see – iconic, charming and wonderfully British.
As sightseeing goes, it is on the list if visiting Bath.nOn a sunny day, it would be great to take a picnic and sit across in the park. Today was not too sunny.nShame about the scaffolding and the modern cars, but you can't have everything.
Iconic spot to visit in Bath and easy to find. A bit more challenging to photograph as it's so wide! Worth a quick stroll or you can have a picnic on the green if weather permits.
Beautiful Georgian architecture. I recommend entering n°1 museum to see the houses from the inside. It's a fun and quick visit and you can learn more about life in that period of time.
We were overwhelmed to see this stunningly beautiful landmark during our recent day trip to Bath. Possibly the best example of Georgian Architecture.nnFacing a beautiful green lawn, a row of 30 terraced houses built about 250 years back, in the shape of a Crescent, offer a breathtaking view. On a nice sunny day, just admiring the beauty of this masterpiece, was so relaxing.
