I booked a taxi for my mom for Saturday morning to take her to the hairdressers, he arrived on time and dropped her off. She them said she'd meet him at 11am outside Wilkinsons to make it easier for him. He said it wouldn't be him because he was finished and going up Merryhill with his children but another taxi would be there to meet her at 11am. No taxi arrived and she waited 20 mins for him to arrive. She ended up having to walk to the other side of town and get one from there. My mom struggles to walk and this did her no favours. My mom has had really bad back pain since. Very disappointed with this firm as I feel they've really let my mom down. Shame really because they were really prompt at pick up.

Used this taxi company nearly all my life and my family but will not be using them again the operater u can't understand always out the faces and all the drivers well most r very rude perverts or smell not recommended all operators sleep with drivers more like a brothel then a taxi ranch

A journey from the station back to home. Arrived promptly, helped with my suitcase, smooth drive. Very happy.

Im utterly disgusted an elderly couple that regularly use this company to get home from the pub I work in called today at 10pm to book a taxi for 12. They were then offered a lift by a friend but refused because they had already booked the taxi and didn’t want to cancel they were then called at 11.55 to say that there were not taxis available even though that had booked two hours previously, they have now had to walk home the lady has a broken wrist which is agrovated by the cold and has had to walk home in icy conditions disgusting.
