Horrendous service. Food was supposed to turn up at 20:35, it came at 22:10. Got hung up on when called the restaurant. Food was pretty much inedible, it was cold and not nice at all. Had to microwave it just to eat what I could. Very small portions. Delivery driver had me waiting outside my estate as he said he couldn't find my address, waited outside in the rain as he said he was on my estate however he was ckearly not and seemed like he was just buying time. As soon as we said we wanted our money back, they miraculously found our property within minutes. I will be asking for my money back. Never had such a horrible meal!! Avoid at all costs.
Wow wow wow, we had a large take away for 10. Every single dish was spot on and delicious. Presentation was great and customer service excellent. We’ll be back for sure next time we’re in the area. Highly recommended.
We had takeaway from here last Friday, one of the best Indian meals I've had in a long time. Huge menu with every dish you've ever heard of and a good explanation of what's in each one. The restaurant looks nice too.
Ordered a takeaway at 7.15 pm and was told it would be ready for collection at 8.30 pm. They asked if we could pay cash. Arrived to find lots of others, who had been waiting for sometime, who had been told '10 minutes'. We went to collect, paid, and were then told '10 minutes'. 10 minutes later were told again '10 minutes'. Eventually, at nearly 9pm it was ready. Some who had arrived before were still waiting. Really poor customer service. They tried to pretend they didn't understand, yet there was no problem taking the order. The food was nice, but not worth the hassle and delay.
Absolutely lovely meal here. All the food was hot and so tasty. Wasn't sure whether to go as on hols and reviews mediocre but very recent new management apparently and so glad we went. Would definitely recommend.
Had a takeaway from here last night. Set meal for two. Got it home and the rice was missing!!. The food was cold and tasteless. My wife ending up leaving hers it was that bad! We both have dodgy tummies this morning. What a waste of money. We won’t be taking up the offer of free rice next time we order. Very poor experience, we won’t be going back!! Don’t waste your hard earned money here!!
Food was okay. Young lad with cap was very friendly but other staff weren't. One guy was shouting to my table to ask if i wanted ice in my drink from the bar! Seemed under staffed. I didn't leave a tip as i was worried the young lad wouldn't get it. Pretty over priced too.
By far the worst Indian take away weve ever had and we have had a lot.took 1 hour for a 10 min drive. Bad navigation skills from driver i had to leave the comfort of my house to track him down. Food was really dry and felt like I was eating left overs my wife called to check and got mugged off.not convinced the sheek kabab was lamb.but it's ok driver says we've got extra popadom legend Don't eat here waste of time.
Disgusting! Worst curry we have ever hard. Myself and my husband thoroughly enjoy curries but this was by far the worst. The rice was overcooked and slimy, the chicken if it was chicken was dry and not nice and the curries were tasteless. We all had an upset tummy the day after too. Avoid!
Arrived at 18:30 and food didn't arrive until 8:15, outrageous! When food came we were surprised to see the "chicken korma" look like apples and custard. It also looked like it had just come out of a microwave 5 minutes ago. We all decided we'd rather have a £3 meal deal from Co-op anyday of the week. Would never visit again as we are all anxious about maybe getting diorreha according to the other bad reviews. We will soon see aye. Would rather go charcoal grill Mtown ends
