Went into the bank on a Saturday. All desks closed off. Information desk is for non money related. Waited for someone to come over. Was told desks are only open Monday to Friday. So if you work during the week it is tough. What an appalling service

Staff Mrs Claire Knight was so knowledgeable & efficient in her service to resolve a complex matter. She was able & compassionate, and troubleshoot my case.  While I was given wrong info by NatWest phone advice by TECH team.  This is why Androids & Online will never & can never replace the Human touch, in that not all cases are the same. And human ability to solve real issues comes from experience.  Today has been a day, my faith for humanity been restored. It aspires me to give the same high standard of service to my own job & community.  Thank you, Mrs C Knight. God Bless you.

Absolutely rubbish i been there and waited for 30 mint in the middle the bank for the desk to get appointments to open bank account with them but no1 was there to served and even no1 was at the tills too and another 10 people stayed on the queues than two lady come and start to serve all those people in till queue and no1 come to ask me what do i waited for !!! Really and ur managing bank in the middle to town !!!! Are you well happy to didn't get surved so i went to halifax and changed my life the service they gived to me very happy with halifax

Looked online for opening times which told me that the bank in West Street Fareham was open from 9am to 6pm today.  Arrived at 5.15 and the bank was closed and the opening hours at the door of the bank clearly said 9am to 5pm.  I had a round trip of 16 miles due to this online error.   Most annoying.

How rediculous that natwest doesn't open until 10am on a Wednesday. Good job other banks don't follow this rule and I was able to go somewhere else to pay my cheque in
