Absolutely brilliant love taking my family here. Even my four year old had a great time. The gift shop and cafe is fair it is not expensive.  We will be back

Excellent day out, loads to see for children and parents. There is a fair amount to see outside so be prepared in bad weather. Brilliant, friendly staff; the 20 minute tour is thoroughly recommended and is pitched at just the right level.

Fantastic place! The staff are very well informed,  felt safe and spent a good few hours here with the family. My 6 year old loved it as well as the rest of us.

We were surprised how big the Fort was how much was open to the public, so lots to explore.... You need to plan at least a full  morning afternoon to make the most of it. Free entry and carparking...

Better than we expected from the website. On a clear day, the views would be spectacular over Pompey and the Isle of Wight. The tunnels were good to explore and the numerous cannons on display through lots of rooms were interesting.  Food in the cafe was reasonably priced and good quality.
