Visited the RAH emergency dept today. Was a bit apprehensive . However, alll staff professional and helpful. The nurses who looked after me were kind and nothing was too much bother. The young doctor explained everything and really did reassure me. The x-ray dept again professional and pleasant. Thanks
I what to thank,s to all the doctor,s in A&E while I was in A&E on the 20th. 2.2024 February and I went to thank all the nurses on ward 32 to from Jan Morton oban
Everything wrong with the NHS:nnTwo stalls in the gents toilets, one out of order and one with a puddle of urine No soap in any of the dispensers. Reported this and no one bothered cleaning after an hour or two.nnReceptionist was told the reason why we were there. Only after waiting for 2 hours to be seen, did a nurse see us to then tell us the receptionist should have sent us straight through to x-rays, as we told them they were expecting us.nnNHS can pay £60k/year for a diversity officer but can't even get the basics right. Disgraceful.
Got took in and seen after fall got checked over then told by a foreign doctor not to use the place like a hotel what I found shocking
This hospital with some of the staff and doctors are worse out there, many do not know what they are even talking about.
