"The New Roxy, Is a Versatile Venue. Separated into two areas.Our Seated Café/Restaurant Area is open 9am til 6pm Tuesday to Sunday Offering hot food for Sit in or Takeaway. We also offer Bottomless Brunch Saturday & Sundays. This area is Dog Friendly.Our Main Bar is separate and open in the afternoons and becomes a late night bar Thursdays, Friday & Saturday with our resident DJs.We have a full stage and have events throughout the year, Check our Facebook page to see What's On.We do offer private Venue Hire with Full Catering Service Provided.There is a beer garden to the rear of the property which overlooks the canal and gets sunlight all day. we made an impromptu visit here as the first stop on a stag do. needed a hearty breakfast to line our stomachs and weren't let down! I had the Full Breakfast and it was good. the only minor improvements would be the sausage and the coffee which was instant but in general it was decent. good pint, too!

Never eaten here so can't rate but have been with friends who have. Drinks are cheap and good for a dance. Clubs all on 1 level but stairs to the outdoor shelter. Can be either very quiet or heaving on a night no middle ground. Council carpark next doorFood: 5/5
Was at an Amateur Boxing event 24th Jan 2024, great little venue, only lacks a decent changing area for away Boxers, but the venue itself is fine, Service: 4/5
I booked a children’s Disco party with only two weeks notice and The New Roxy were fabulous! They did everything and were so precessional and friendly. The kids and adults both had fun and the DJ was BRILLIANT with the kids. I’d definitely recommend them for parties and eventsFood: 5/5
Attending northern soul nights each month. The DJs excellent & knows his northern also a really good dancefloor. I can't comment about the food as we were out to dance not eat but it's got everything going for it so 10 / 10, cheers Roxy !! Vegetarian options: Excellent choice Parking: Next door to the club & if going to events in the evening lots of local spaces.
Went here for a club raising event. What a brilliant venue. Room is big and staff are super friendly. A fantastic night was had by all.Service: 5/5
Trailed all the way from Holmfirth to The New Roxy , with 12 friends on the mini bus only to find it closed . 15.00hrs today . Website said “open “. Extremely disappointed. We all wanted to see the Venue for future wedding venues . Now in The Hogs Head. Terrific place . Great staff.

We recently had a children's birthday party at the new roxy Sowerby bridge and I highly recommend this venue! They provided a good sized bouncy castle which the kids really enjoyed each child got a picnic box with a sandwich cheese string packet of crisps and a kit kat also unlimited juice through out the party and when leaving each child got a sweet cone .. we were allowed to put up our own decorations and could play our own music through their own sound system the staff couldn't do more for us and nothing was a problem and they were grate with the kids ..as a nice extra the bar is open to buy drinks including hot drinks I couldn't recommend this place more it's excellent value for money we will definitely be booking the new roxy again for any future parties
