Usually rude and impatient staff.  On Saturdays they seem to have different staff which are much better

Used them regularly for myself and my daughter for 3 years now and had one issue which turned out to be a communication delay from Doctors - very helpful and knowledgeable and would definitely recommend as best in the area

I use the Rowlands pharmacy app to order my medication from the Drs next door and usually wait 7 or 8 days for my prescription to come through.  The staff are friendly and approachable.  But the app is awful.  It's now taking in excess of 10 days to process prescription requests.  I'm going to try and switch to a different GP

I have had problems at Rowlands with the dispensing of my prescriptions. Many times late and also some of my medicines missing, with some trouble getting the said missing medicine. A better system is needed at this Pharmacy soon.

Can't believe anyone has given them 5 stars.  A different pharmacist every time you go in. Cheeky, rude, Unprofessional. Always making mistakes.

Staff are absolutely  fantastic  so help full
