First time I visited here in the summer and I wanted to buy one item , the one member of staff I spoke to told me she was serving someone which is fine but then 15 minutes had passed by where she was ignoring me and continuing to serve this customer who was adding multiple things into her order so she wouldn't serve me inbetween and I had enough and left. I visited again yesterday and purchased some items  .There were two members of staff , the one I spoke to made me feel as if I had inconvenienced them just by asking to purchase something and then on top of that said they had to charge £5 minimum on card ?! Then when I asked about how to maintain one of the items I was purchasing they were really blunt with me and were just like "I don't know" The jewellery I purchased for a nose piercing doesn't even fit properly and is really sharp. Really not an inviting or customer friendly store :

I was followed around the store by a worker and she approached me saying I put items in my pocket to steal which I didn’t, she searched me, my bag, my pockets etc and when she didn’t find anything she told me I would be escorted from the store even though I hadn’t done anything. I wanted to buy items from the store and asked if I still could, they then told me I would be escorted to the till to pay for my items and then escorted back out of the store, this was extremely embarrassing as people were staring and had the idea that I was a thief when I had done nothing wrong. Extremely disappointed with their customer service and them calling me a shoplifting ‘risk’. This place needs sorting out.

accused me of theft  I have never been so insulted. if I was stealing you would not have known about it.
