My Mum peacefully passed away under the compassionate care of Rowcroft's staff in the early hours of May 9th, 2024, with my sister by her side. Despite being in the United States, my sister kept me informed with regular updates until the final call at 2:30 AM EST. Each update overflowed with admiration for the serene surroundings and the exceptional dedication of the staff. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to the entire team for the care provided to my mum before her passing, and for their unwavering professionalism and empathy. You are truly remarkable individuals, and your kindness will always be remembered. Thank you we can never repay you.
Just wanted to say that I regularly go into Rowcroft in Lymington Road, To donate ,buy,browse,Martin the duty manager in there is just fabulous, helpful, always polite, knowledgeable, couldn't do enough to help! 5 stars all day long!nJust twice I ve been in when the gentleman with the ponytail is in!nJust the polar opposite, unhelpful, miserable, superior attitude nI hope you aren't paying him for this!nFortunately,for Rowcroft I shall always avoid him,and only visit, donate etc when Martin is there!nThank you for all you do ,
Awful support, completely pointless at a time when you really need it. Thank you so much for being late, not turning up, leaving everything too late and leaving my mum to do everything by herself at this sad time. Not even contact after her partner passed away. So very disappointed thankfully others offered far better support.
This charity is a BLESSING AND A GOD SEND all the staff are loving,caring and professional people who looked after my stepdad in his final months and really looked after him with great care and made him really comfortable and happy and also helped us as a family before his illness during his illness and after he passed away they were really supportive and still are.THANK YOU ROWECROFT FOR EVERYTHING
My daughter Mandy was in Rowcroft for three weeks before being transferred to another Hospice in Buckinghamshire May 2020; I was unable to physically visit her due to Covid19 restrictions at that time, but was in constant contact with her and she asked me to thank each and every one of the team for the amazing care she received. She was young and unconventional and I appreciated the way you respected her choices, her homeopathy and values. Thank you initially to Dr Paul, subsequently Dr George for overseeing her care, and Dr George in particular for arranging her transfer; she got her end of life wish, to spend her end of life with her Mum She and I are eternally grateful for that window of time. I am sending a donation on Mandy's behalf to help continue the amazing work you do. Thank you seems inadequate, but THANK YOU
