Brilliant experience and well worth the money. I've been here more times recently that a normal cinema. Staff are helpful and explain exactly what you need to do when you turn up. The screen is a good size and really clear, and the sound is as good as the speakers in your car. Thoroughly enjoyable from start to finish, I'll be going back know often.
The staff were very helpful when our battery died. Unfortunately we missed half the film but would go again. We took the dogs. The screen was good. Not too busy. You can order domino's pizza and take your own drinks and food. You can use your mobile if you want to. You are in the privacy and comfort of your own car.
Absolutely brilliant service. Went to see "Spy" there this evening, first visit. Great picture and sound quality the staff were helpful, hot food arrived promptly. There was a slight delay in the film starting but only because they had to wait for it to get dark. No complaints at all a great night out.
Been many times, the toilet situation has improved from when it originally started. However the hot food delivery service is now awful. Sadly no longer offering delicious Domino pizza, which we were looking forward to having, but now getting deliveries from a rather poor local pizza shop. Save your money. Bring your own hot food. The pizza is one one the worse we've ever had. Enjoyed the movie again, but can't wait for it to finish to go and get some decent food.
The experience of it was novel. To be totally honest we arrived on time for our movie but we had to wait outside. Why we werewaiting another movieqas on so wetuned in to the station and watched that. And hour went by we were fully engrosed in the movie other cars had turned up around us. Another 45 mins passed and finally a lady came out to move the cars off the street. The movie was still on so we stayed put finally somebody knocked on the window and explained the movie we wanted to see originally was late well obviously as we had been there almost two hours We got a refund although we had watched pretty much the entirity of the movie before ours was due on. The movie we did get to see was clear and the sound was great. Because we never actually entered the complex i cannot comment on the facilities one lady was an absolute delight to speak to but another one was horrid. She was loud mouthed and foul and in all honesty im glad we didnt give her any money. To say the movie we actually wanted to see wasnt two hours behind schedule would be correct. Its awfully run... Maybe because we were at the start of the season i dont know but time keeping is not great. I give one star to the wonderful woman who was polite and gave us a refund. Lost one star because of the awful woman who was very rude to people. We could hear her through the windows One star for clear picture and good sound. One star for novelty and it was kind of nixe having our own private space. Lost one star for rediculous wait!!!
Absolutely awful service. Was called away to work several hours before the screening and was told after phoning that I would be able to email for a refund. I emailed and received no reply. I then phoned again and was told that the refund would be sorted for me. Several months and a couple of emails later and nothing has been done. I have received 0 correspondence from the 'company' other than when I have phoned them and even then have received nothing but false promises. Absolutely disgusting, ramshackle operation.
Booked via groupon, but would book again normally, it took us 1hr to get there, but what an experience, staff were very polite, and explained where to go, I would advise to book, the picture quality was good, and the sound was fantastic, as it comes through your fm radio, incl my wife and myself we had 4 children with us, and a good time was had by all, even though we travelled we saved a fortune on prices, will definitely prefer this method of watching a film rather than multiplex, simple and easy, but just book in advance. Was a good night pretty much what i expected. 100 percent worth the drive and money, i will defo be returning. Knocked a star off for parking allotments think the front wheels should be slightly raised
Not a bad experience. Been three times now and will return. Sound and picture quality are great, staff are very helpful.
Lovely staff expect the film to start late if going in summer has to be abit dark to start the film! Still prefer it too traditional cinemas definately go again
