A brilliant surgery, appointments easy to make online. E-consult is very efficient and any time I've used it I have had an appointment made available where necessary. Staff are friendly and helpful. Womens services are particularly good with an exceptional nurse at 'the new surgery' who made the experience the best care ive received for womens health.My GP has continually delivered outstanding care for my chronic health conditions also.
We are new to the Rothschild House Surgery and are very impressed with the help and kindness we have received from all the staff.nIn particular Dr Ravichander very kindly organised all our medications, blood tests and a visit from the district nurse. I love this doctors surgery. Everyone there from receptionists to doctors & nurses are so kind and It’s always a good experience. I’ve had several blood tests here and the nurses are amazing, very quick, gentle, and know exactly what they’re doing. I highly recommend, especially Evie. Thank you Rothschild surgery.
Recently joined the practice and found it to be very professional. The staff took time to understand your concern, while remaining empathic and concerned. I particularly liked that I was able to talk with the medic and felt valued. This was a really positive experience.
Excellent service, made a call Monday @ 16.49 with a very helpful receptionist, diagnosis reviewed and antibiotics prescribed which I was able to pick-up from Pharmacy at Aston Clinton the same evening, again very accommodating. Follow-up with NurseLisa Tuesday who was very engaging and meticulous. The practice organised a supplementary appointment at local heath centre which has been scheduled for tomorrowThursday. Additionally received a follow-up phone call from my GP Dr Singh who gave his time to ensure all was well. All in all a very good experience.
