Just had a Hollywood wax here and I can honestly say it's the best wax I've ever had. The beautician advised me to go for a hot wax  and it was great advice painless and quick. I highly recommend this salon, great staff and very professional. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Used to be Komal’s salon and everyone was very professional. When Rosy replaced Komal, it became so terrible especially Rosy’s two colleagues who doesnt even know how to do eyebrow threading leaving cuts on my friends eyebrows (Yes. FRIENDS!!!) . They get so defensive and mad when you request how you want your eyebrows to get done even if you asked politely. They are not professional towards their customers which makes their reputation really bad, they hold grudges complaining about other people who make fair comments about them, they cannot accept critisim and feedback, they get mad for it.

Very unprofessional, very rude to customers. Products used are very cheap causing rashes while they overcharge us. WILL NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Well . What can I say ???? ...

ABSOLUTELY FABULAS !!! FIRST CLASS !!! without a doubt.
I dont normaly give feed back / reviews , let alone a 5 star rating. 
Generally, I don't believe most of what people write, as I have heard so many tales of 'made up reviews' just to boost ratings.
But on this occasion, i just had to give ROSY the 5 stars she so rightly deserves .

i am a 45 year old lady, visited various 'salons' over 25 years , in search of the 'ideal' wax.  For most of those years, I returned to my good old favourite in Elm Park.
In 2013,  I had to move from my much loved 3 bed house in South Hornchurch, to a 3 bed bungalow in Rush Green, Romford, due to my deteriorating Parkinson's diagnosis, 7 years earlier. 
Over the last 4 years, I have found traveling to & from Elm Park, to my good old favourite salon, increasingly difficult. So have tried a few different places in recent months, but haven't felt comfortable with any of them.
It was when an old school friend , Candice Duggon , recommended ROSY HAIR & BEAUTY, that is only a short distance from where I now live, that I thought I would  try

Is certainly true.

Rosy was very friendly, caring and understanding of my condition , in every aspect. 
I fully recommend Rosy's Full Leg wax, Holywood, eyebrow, lip and chin wax.
1st class. 
I will be a returning customer 100% and will most certainly use the other services Rosy provides.
