A great pizza place. The pizza is really good. The price is quite reasonable. The pizza is quite large, giving a good portion, and the taste is excellent. The quality of the pizza is excellent, the ingredients of the pizza is high quality. On the other hand, the place is very noisy, and it is quite uncomfortable to sit inside. Inside it is pretty hot, the music is bad, the the noise is too loud. Location is great, not far from Covent Garden Underground. Great place to have your pizza.
Highly recommend booking a table. Very busy restaurant, no walk-ins available. Luckily I had a reservation. Quite a small restaurant but very popular with families that all parents leave their massive pushchairs at the very small entrance leaving it a big hazard for others to trip over Food was tasty but quite pricey for a pasta, fries and pizza £55. The restaurant is very busy. Very busy but staff are nice and friendly.
I love the pizza here, the dough is great and it’s a nice vibe inside the restaurant with an open kitchen that’s clearly buzzing. I would give 5 stars if it wasn’t for the mark up on drinks. A soft drink is £4.45 and a glass of wine is £10-13 only size is small glass so the bill easily creeps up. The drink prices are quite a bit higher than most places in the area except cocktails are pretty standard.
Waitress didn’t seem to know what vegan was and what was on their own menu, had some kind of comprehension problems. Had to get my own fork. Starter spinach was very bitter but i nice contrast to the more sweet tomato based dish. Over all far too expensive for basic the meals were and they try to sneak an extra £1 on your bill for ‘charity’.
The pizza saved the meal! A busy atmosphere and decent not very authentic Italian food. We were initially really excited to try this place as they offer gluten free pizzas. Unfortunately we were told when ordering that they didn't have any gluten free pizza bases available, which left one of our table extremely limited in choices. Ordered the calamari and zucchini fritters as a starter, they were over-salted, rubbery and unsavoury. They were really not worth the £12.95 paid. The pizzas definitely saved the day, flavoursome and perfectly cooked. The service was slow. We requested chillis which arrived at the end of the meal and had to request a clean glass and plate. We did visit on a Friday evening, so the staff were most likely overwhelmed with tables. Hope to visit another branch and try the gluten free pizzas but definitely won't be trying any starters from here again.
Small, atmospheric restaurant with delicious food. One of the best pizza I have eaten in England, also a Gin with basil is just amazing. Funny and nice staff. Great place to visit!
Energetic dining with one heck of a pizza. Reminded me of NY for a bit. Glass of wine is 10 so heads up, cocktails are 12ish. The food was fresh and again the pizza was the highlight of the meal. Side salad was very light, wouldn’t trust that again. Plus is GF options as well. Would give 5 stars but our server was nonexistent, we actually never got our waters after asking 2 other servers than our own, so that was very odd. Had to slowly sip on my wine instead. But they know their pizza. 4/5.
Went here for dinner on New Year’s Eve. Surprised that I could get a table for 2 as I had not booked. This is a very authentic Italian restaraunt. If you want to have real Italian food - go here. Fortunately they have some vegan and many vegetarian options. Staff was helpful. They put a service charge of 12.5% on the bill - so don’t worry about adding a tip.
Best Italian place in London! If you are in London you have to stop here. Amazing Napolitan pizza and cocktails! I try for the first time the new cocktail “Gin Basil” and I fall in love.. perfect combo, the taste is delicate and perfect matched with pizza, I recommend it to anyone who likes gin. Alessio, the bartender it’s very good and professional, the drinks made by him have a different flavor
The place is nice and clean. You don't have to wait a lot for the food. Tasty meals. It's easy to find a family friendly place. The price could be lower.
