In reply to the lady from Bath that claims she was harassed by employees of Victoria Carpets. Please contact the above with any details of the incident and or the police. Victoria Carpets take any form of harassment or abuse very seriously and all our vehicles are tracked . Being so far away from our base in Worksop Nottinghamshire any help that can be given to us or the police to find the people responsible would help bring them to task or Vindicate our company from the accusation. We are quite shocked that the accusation has not been reported to Our company and I suspect not reported at the time to the police.
Victoria carpets have done work for me both at work and at home. Most recently at home. Alistair an absolute gent. Prompt and attentive. Never had an issue with the fitting team always neat, tidy, friendly and professional. Would recommend to anyone.
Did a good job at a good price but disappointed that they don't trim doors as necessary when the new carpet pile scuffs the bottom of the door, when assurance was given previously that this service was available.
Good choice of carpets Kardean flooring knowledgeable staff
Excellent service from the shop staff and the fitter. Highly recommended will definitely use them again.
