Brilliant experience with Ross Hughes. We had LVT fitted throughout the whole downstairs area, and Cameron completed the work to a very high standard. We are extremely pleased with the result. He was friendly, helpful, and professional throughout, and we would definitely recommend them.nnThey are very knowledgeable, and the preparation that goes into the work is clearly done to ensure it lasts. You also have peace of mind knowing that if any issues arise, they will resolve them at no extra cost.nnWe had a minor issue after installation, and it was dealt with quickly and without any problems.
Absolutely delighted with the fantastic job on our carpet ! From the get-go a professional helpful & friendly experience- such a rarity these days ! Great initial quote , then when measured up quote reduced which is so refreshing ! Communication brilliant , courteous friendly staff. Recommend !
Bought our carpet from Ross Hughes having used them twice before and been pleased with their work and wanted the carpet upstairs to match the carpet they’d fitted downstairs.nNot sure what went wrong this time?!nLeft the fitters at the house as we where confident in their work however the job was pretty poor… having been advised to decorate before hand we came home to one room covered in scuffed and damaged skirting and even half way up the walls.nOne of the fittings they’d advised we needed was left behind obviously used and then discarded- this was included on the invoice, and a shelf had been visibly knocked and plaster on the floor.nWhen we raised concerns via email and included photos they sent someone who was passing over to see the work, unfortunately as we hadn’t had any notice of this visit, we were both at work. We let them know that we’d had to repaint the damage as the furniture needed to be moved back into the house but we had emailed photos. They told us they’d report back and let us know what was happening.nA couple of weeks ago later we received another email with the invoice. No update, whilst we don’t expect anything to be taken off an acknowledgment and apology would have gone a long way. We unfortunately won’t be using Ross Hughes again.
Having used Ross Hughes Flooring in the past and being very pleased with their service, they have just installed all new carpets to my mother’s flat and she is really satisfied.nFrom the start of ordering to the fitters leaving , we could not of hoped for a better service.nThank you very much.
