Can of recommend enough. After months of research and searching and a couple of failed attempts at other garages I was lucky enough to find the car we were after on Google in RossCars. From the first contact to the after sales both Adam and John have been excellent. Adam called me out of hours as I had put in an enquiry after they were closed which I thought was good. He helped arrange finance and even after receiving a price he sought a better price and had it rearranged with their partners. The car was as described on the advert and over the phone and came with the history as advertised which is rare in the second hand trade, most say full as it has stamps but they are rarely to the mileage or timing set by the manufacturer. Adam called to reassure me the car was in prep and would be ready for the arranged pick and again the day before to confirm all would be set. The car was immaculately valeted before I picked it up and had been serviced, MOT’d and taxed. On arrival, I had travelled over 200miles I was met by John, Adam was unfortunately on his days off. I was given the key, a brief run down and confirmation of the details discussed, a coffee and left to check over the car and test drive at my leisure. Once happy, John had one of the lads drive my p/x to check it was ok. After that the paperwork took 5 minutes and I was set to drive away in my car. It came with warranty and 12 months RAC breakdown. They even popped a CYMRU flag onto the license plate for me as it was previously a private registration. Nice touch. I would definitely recommend this garage and these lads to anyone. Even the round trip of just shy 500miles was worth it for the service received.
Bought my Citroën 13months ago and haven't had any issues at all, It flew through its MOT recently aswel!! Highly recommend would definitely return

Cannot fault this company. John & Adam were so professional and helpful no pressure sales and received my car on Friday. Very smooth transaction and they were totally brilliant to deal with. I will certainly use them again highly recommended.
Searching for a Smart car, found lovely example at this dealership. Small delay in purchase as John and Adam anxious that car should be in satisfactory condition but although I was anxious for replacement car I think delay upset John and Adam more than me…very helpful, no pressure and so pleasant. After sales service excellent, I reported one key not working and no handbook/manual in car, Adam ordered another manual online while I was on phone and said to drop in when passing and key would be fixed while I wait. Having spent a lifetime avoiding used car salesmen I now wonder why as the purchase of my car could not have been a better experience Thank you Ross Cars!
