We had a great time at Rosewood. The check-in with Andrea was very smooth and welcoming, which made for a lovely start to our stay. Our room was nice and comfortable, and we felt at ease right away.nnBreakfast at Holborn was really tasty, and our waiter Eric was helpful and attentive throughout. We also tried a pie for lunch, which was absolutely delicious and definitely worth recommending.nnOverall, we truly enjoyed our stay and are already looking forward to coming back.
My wife and I chose to stay at Rosewood London for a long weekend, and we had an amazing experience. The rooms and service are top notch, and the hotel is conveniently located right next to the Holborn Underground station, which connects to two lines that can get you to almost everything in the city including Kings Cross and Heathrow. Another huge benefit is the hotel has a guest-only entrance to their on-site bar, Scarfes. It is one of the top bars in the world, and there is a queue for non-guests every night. We went twice and were given a table immediately without waiting - such a great amenity! We will absolutely choose Rosewood the next time we come to London, and I couldn’t recommend it more as it’s an amazing place to relax after a long day exploring the city.
An absolutely amazing stay.nMy partner actually works at Chancery Rosewood so we had the opportunity to experience our Valentines here at Rosewood London , From the moment we arrived, everything was really good , The service was warm and professional, the room was beautifully designed, and every detail felt carefully thought out. The atmosphere was luxurious yet welcoming, making it the perfect escape.nnThe dinner was exceptional and the overall experience truly unforgettable, scarf bar was incredible good .
Lovely afternoon tea at the Rosewood hotel. The staff is attentive and welcoming and the menu is well thought and accurately presented. We enjoyed the selection of savoury and sweet treats. A perfect way to spend a few hours in a relaxed ambiance. The hotel was nicely decorated for Christmas too!
I stayed at the Rosewood for six nights, at nearly £1,000 per night. The room itself was luxurious and very comfortable, the lobby was beautiful, and housekeeping was meticulous.nnHowever, my overall experience was mediocre for a five-star hotel, with nothing truly exceptional to mention. I did not receive a warm welcome from the staff at the entrance or at reception. There was no small talk, no sense of hospitality—overall, a very bland experience.nnI am from Qatar and wear a headscarf. On several occasions, staff members spoke directly to my husband without acknowledging me or even making eye contact. This felt strange and uncomfortable. I am unsure whether they assumed it was inappropriate to address me directly or assumed I could not speak English. Either way, it was disappointing. I travel frequently to Europe and the United States, and I have never experienced this kind of treatment before.nnBreakfast was also mediocre. The buffet was only available on weekends, while weekdays offered a set menu with very limited options.nnOverall, while the hotel is visually impressive and well maintained, the experience itself felt average and did not meet the expectations of a true five-star hotel.
