Obviously a very sad time for all of us recently when Rosedales conducted my dear dad's funeral. Charmaine our daughter took 100% responsibility for all the planning in a completely professional way, no easy task being that dad was her grandad. On the day all the staff from Rosedales were incredibly supportive and empathetic as a family we cannot thank them enough. The respect they showed not only my dad but us too made the day proceed in a dignified way. I honestly couldn't have asked for more.
Excellent, compassionate service. Happy to accommodate the smallest details. I have had occasion to use Rosedale twice when arranging family funerals and I am very happy to recommend their service.

Excellent choice of funeral directors. Christian Fairbrother is a credit to this Company as he is very professional, supportive, passionate about his job, and made it easier for my family and I to cope with our loss of my husband. Allen. I would like to thank Christian, Kerry and all staff concerned for the professional, kind and caring manner whilst looking after my dad Allen after he passed away and for their ongoing kindness and care given to my Mum during this very difficult time. From the moment we called to enquire, through to the cremation service and several days after, they were available at all times to reassure us that they would deal with everything and support us as a family without question. They made the sad passing of my Dad more bearable. I would recommend Rosedale's in Diss for anyone who feel they cannot deal with such a sad event especially Christian and his team who will support you at all times and provide a personal touch. Additional thank you to Dave the driver for his kindness whilst travelling to and from the Crematorium. Thank you for everything Rosedale's.
We can not praise Richard and his team enough. Totally professional, compassionate and kind at all times. They made a difficult time so much easier to get through and were so supportive. We were able to relax as Richard guided us through everything on the day of the funeral in his calm reassuring Manner. It went so well that we are left with a sense of peace and good memories of the whole day.
At a time when you need the right help to get you through such a difficult and stressful time, Christian and his team where there for us. Professional yet caring and always available when needed, Rosedale just made the day a lovely and memorable occasion. Definitely 5 stars.
Exceptional service from a dedicated team. Their after care with bereavement sessions and remembrance service is brilliant. A truly caring independent company.
Kind, considerate, understanding as you would expect.,. Add quality, timing, and relative economy, patience.and a really comforting slick performance, and a manager who stays with you throughout and you possibly have the perfect funeral directors.
