I tried this nail bar for the first time and couldn’t be happier! A really lovely environment and the technicians are really polite and gentle when buffing/shaping your nails compared to other places you go to which aren’t as careful. I am a regular and have both manicure and pedicure here. Great selection of colours for both gel and normal manicure. They are very popular só better to book in advance!

I have gone to this nail bar many times in the past 8 years.  The new decor  is lovely ..the services offered  are varied and my nails always looked good and they charge a decent price. My nail tech  Lily was so lovely I gave her twice the usual tip. She did  an excellent  job and was very sweet and a good listener which is always nice.

Been here a few times, always feels rushed. Usually get the man who is ok, the lady did gel nails today, skinned my finger with the nail buffer, bent my knuckles sideways at 90 degree angles then filed the polish off the side of my nail after she’d finished. Won’t be going back.

I went there with a recommendation of my friend and boy I regret it so much, It only took 10 days before all my nails came off one by one, I went back there to tell them and they said they would do a full set again with only £5 off! I spent £25 on full set and they offered to do it all over again for £20 when it’s their product thats poor quality and poor service.Service:&nbsp;Manicure

The best nail salon I’ve been to and I must say I’ve been to many in Essex and even in London. Lovely atmosphere, clean and calm. You can really relax and enjoy your time there. Staff profesional and do their job properly. So far I can’t say anything bad about the place. I hope they will keep up the good work!

Very fast and rushed experience, didn’t get the shape I asked for as they were filed quite short. When the nails where painted the polish was all pulled, then I was just left with my hands in the dryer. As well as this they don’t have a cash machine which in this day and age is a bit shocking. Wouldn’t go back.

Got a booking 4 days before and turned up on time to be told there was no booking. Drove from across time and wasted my fuel and it’s a complete waste of time.

Sadly my nails have chipped after day 4. My nails do not feel as strong as they have when I’ve previously had gel nail, i.e. I can bend them when usually I can’t. I could tap them on a counter and they’d sound strong too, but not at the moment. Maybe it’s the colour I picked light blue which isn’t strong.  I’m going to call to see what can be done about this, hopefully a repaint. I paid £23 for gel remove and gel repaint.  However, the team are professional and are quick. The varnish put on is even and well painted.
