Would not recommend. Used to order from rose palace every week. Same order. Same address. Every week. Will not be ordering from them again. Received the Wrong order, and although the receipt was correct, after contacting them they fortunately corrected this by offering us a free 4 in 1 for our next order, and when we ordered again, the order was ONCE again for the second time in a row, incorrect. How do you send out the wrong order, on a correction order??? Does that not defeat the purpose of a correction? And when we rang them to inform them they were rude, shouted down the phone at me, would not accept their mistake, and hung up the phone.

if you want to make a spice bag SWEET just call it a sweet bag so I know that it won’t be Spicy . Seriously there is more spice in a bottle of mayonnaise

Poor service wouldn’t go back again ever. I strong advice that you do not visit this restaurant. Firstly, on visiting this restaurant at my table there were ants freely roaming on the cutlery and napkins. There was hair on the ribs. So hygiene level appalling. Secondly, the food wasn’t well cooked, the rice was to hard to chew. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody, for there own health. I gladly will not be visiting this place. This was an awry experience for me.
Food was ok but the restaurant has a very dirty feel to it . Damp & mould coming through the wall paper. Paper torn and falling off the walls. Carpet that dirty if you stand still on them your feet actually stick to them The whole place needs to be cleaned properly & renovated. Wouldn't return again any time soon.
Had a lovely dinner on Wednesday evening, we had duck and I must say the best duck I have ever had, really tender in the inside and crispy from the outside. Unfortunately I don't know the name of the girl who served us but she was really kind and nice, thank you for everything and definitely gonna come back
