Poor customer service skills. One of the guys in there looks and behaves like he doesn't want to be working in there. If I'm paying money I don't want to be made to feel like I just ruined your day. The food... the food is very tasty! 1 star cause of the service.
Great food, consistently of a high standard. Wait for food can be long at peak times. Tables are often untidy and the staff could be more friendly. Apart from that, good place to eat!
Generally the service is very good, but if you are in a group of four or more, someone from your group will be waiting for at least 25 minutes. It has happened every time I have gone in a large group. The food is great and the roosters rice is delicious, but rarely in stock, which is a shame.

So me and my colleagues decided to give Roosters Peri Peri a try on our lunch break. Worst mistake ever! My friend found a spider crawling out from the wrap she had ordered. The worst thing is she never got any real apology and was told it probably "came from outside".
Best service staff was very polite and friendly mr - fahim khan best service ever
Not very good service,m and there are a few questions over the hygiene of the food preparation. If you can get past that then the food isn't too bad.
