Gave an estimated delivery time of one hour ten minutes but half hour in I recieved a phone call from just eat to say they'd apparently tried to deliver, ringing my door bell and phone. This is lies as my signal is perfect in my property and also I had received no other calls in that time and my phone would have notified me if someone would have called. Also I do not have a door bell. I'll take my money elsewhere thanks
Terrible service, received wrong order and when calling the restaurant was met with a rude and unhelpful so called manager named Adam. A refund was refused and they said they sent extra food to replace the items they couldn’t give us. They sent extremely spicy food in place of non spicy food, where’s the logic in that? I told them the food was inedible and he offered no resolve. Wasted money and disgusting attitude. Don’t bother if you want good food there’s plenty of other places with more brains to get your order right.
If you asked me how I felt about roosters 3 years ago, I would say its one of the best places ot eat in Kent for your money. But since then, there has been multiple changes in staff, constant rebranding and the polish man who managed the chicken isn't even there any more! Now, everything is overpriced, horrible in taste and overall an unpleasant experience.
Awful service, food was actually nice which makes it all the more disappointing that we didn't get what we ordered. Said they had tried to phone but hadn't and replaced non spicy items with spice which the group could not eat. Will soon be taken off from just eat due to negative feedback having not been on there long. Shame about the staff and the way it is run. Very poor can't recommend.
Food was cold, was barely edible. Ordered two drinks and only recieved one and it wasn't any of the drinks ordered. Veggie burger was like slush, with about 3 strips of soggy Lettuce and dot of mayo. Piri Piri quarter chicken barely had any chicken on it. Chips were soggy and greasy and flavourless. Guy who delivered it didn't understand English, had to get the other person sitting in the car to translate. The service was completely unacceptable, I would never recommend anyone ordering from here. I definitely will not be ordering again. First and last time ordering.
I am so disappointed with this place. Every time I make an order I tell them NO LETTUCE NO MAYO in my son's meal. Every time I get lettuce and mayo!!! Had my delivery within good time but still lettuce and mayo on my son's meal...He hates it I tried calling them back for over an hour but the line is constantly engaged. My son is still waiting for some food!!! Very disappointed in roosters!!!
The best food in chatham and easily one of the top 5 in medway. Living in London we had alot of choice with takeaways. Moving to medway it was hard to find a quality takeaway, but I can honestly say roosters peri peri is as good as my favourite chicken place back in London. Maybe even better. The delivery times are Long but the food is worth the wait.
great food and good customer service i recommend people check it out you wont be disappointed. I dont no about the delivery service but walking in collecting your food is way better.
Fantastic food but delivery times are a joke. Just ordered and my eta has gone up to an hour and a half. Not the first time either
For F**k's Sake I made an order like 1 hour ago and they haven't even dared to call me back on when or where the f**k my delivery is. What a load of rubbish this business. Avoid Avoid Avoid, they do not put tissues in orders. What are we animals. Rubbish business AVOID
