Warm, friendly welcome. Room was a good size with kitchen amenities provided. Almost opposite the racecourse and just inside the city wall, it's a very short walk to the centre. A grab and go breakfast selection is provided - continental style, croissant and pastries, etc, coffee and tea. Great value for money and would definitely use again.

Good location 2 minutes from centre. Has a car park but I came by train do don't know but think there is no extra charge for parking. Room clean and had everything you woukd expect. Breakfast no great shakes but this explained when you book and wasn't a big deal.

Absolutely fantastic place had a penthouse for a couple of nights. Just a few minutes walk from the centre. Parking is a tad limited but there is a large carpark just 1 minute down the road. Grab and go breakfast only.

The hotel is perfectly located 2 minutes walking distance from chester city centre, you get free tea and coffee which I fully took advantage of and there is also pastries and fruit in the morning not sure if they are included with every stay for free though! This is a great hotel for families, business, large groups and couples! Will definitely stay again! My only problem was the parking price! Don’t park at the hotel park at the race course(£5) or the other 5 pound all day parking around the corner, both perfectly safe and you can leave you car there for as long as you want! The hotel charges £10 per stay and the spaces are sparse and small we came down to two dents in our car, obviously it’s not the hotels fault though!
