I went with my family to the haute dolci and it was our 1st time going there. The quality of food and deserts was excellent and the staff were great and were welcoming and very friendly Specially Aftab .The food was absolutely fantastic and the drinks were worth the price. I would definitely be going to this luxury desert shop again and I would recommend it to anyone! Also, the shop is Under New Management and is brilliant.

Went for a quick bite, the music was so loud, felt like i had to shout when speaking to my sisters. There's no need to have music that loud its so dumb. The food was a bit over priced for what you get. I got the beef and fries and it was tasteless, only had a little bit of the beef and cheese on it so basically paid £6.10 for just fries. My sister got the fire fries and that was ok, I'd recommend that had a bit of a kick to it. The fruit of the forest mocktail was nice, hot chocolate was bleh, the irresistible urge crepe was ok and the Belgium waffle tasted fine but nothing wow, the wings were ok. The decor is nice and the staff were friendly. They put like a 10% or something service charge on your total which you can ask to take off and not pay.
Incredible brunch menu! The staff here were soooo lovely. The restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful. Cannot recommend this place enough! Our new favourite
First time visit, and was greeted at the door by a charming young girl Roda who seated us and we started looking at the menu, which to some extent I found a bit overwhelming. Guess who comes to the rescue that's right Roda she helped us pick our desserts and we weren't disappointed. To be honest the staff as a whole were very pleasant, always at arms length if needed. Also a shout out to Nicolletta. I always appreciate a food establishment who attend to their customers with a smile and conversation, I'll definitely be returning.
Well the menu is online and no paper menu is available but they do accept paper cash. It would be wise if you check menu prior to arrival as would help safe time. The washrooms were very dirty and untidy. This was extremely disappointing as you do expect for a place of this level to have neat, clean and tidy washrooms. The food was good but I feel the icecream was too sweet. They don’t do molten lava which was a big let down. The waffles were nicely baked and hot brownie was alright. One of the waitress was too slow but the others were good. The parking is at the back side in a pay and display car park and costs only £1 online or £0.9 in cash machine for an hour. If there is a wedding at the excellency then you will struggle to find any spot.
Visited here with my husband and two kids. It was late in the evening so not that busy. The drinks are tiny for what they charge! Found this a total joke. The food is mediocre at best and considering they weren't busy it was extremely annoying that they served two of our party first and then took a good 10 minutes to serve the other two by which time the first two had nearly finished their meal. Didn't stay for dessert and wouldn't come back again. The decor is nice but the food doesn't live up to expectations.
We went the Haute Dolci whilst visiting Bolton. My 1st impression was that it was very high end and luxurious place. We ordered a few savoury dishes, veggie burger which actually doesn't have a vegetable pattie in but instead some halloumi and salad but still tasted nice, sweet potato fries and skin fries. The savoury dishes were really nice, couldn't go wrong. We then ordered some dessert, a strawberry cheesecake and a waffle called " one last time, I promise". The cheesecake was so delicious, the base was just right and the cream cheese was not overly sweet and there was a layer of strawberry compote on top that added the sweetness. The waffle is definitely by far the best I've tried ever! Light airy and fluffy not like others where it can feel stodgy. The chocolate sauce on top and shavings were so good and came with a scoop of stracciatella ice cream. Both so divine. Definitely going back to their other branch!!
Elegant and sophisticated decor. The American waffles size were huge, easily shareable. The cookie dough was on the small side IMO, but my wife enjoyed it.
Food good quality and the best presentation. Staff helpful and friendly. Love to see their smile feel welcome .Will come again xxx
