I would desperately warn anyone considering booking to look at photos taken by people who have stayed. When booking on the website you are shown the lovely Manor House. Unless you book the very top rooms this is not where you'll stay. It was more like a leisure centre. Room was pretty gross with stains on the furniture, hairs on the bed and the endless sound of the motorway. Avoid unless you know what you're booking and are happy with it.

Lovely place for weddings and just a break, went there for our 33rd anniversary, excellent food and friendly service. My only complaint is the spa bath in our room expelled dirt and hair into the bath water and the shower was very scaled, I did notify the staff who took the comments on board. If it wasn't for the bath issue I would have given 5 star's

Great value at £199 for 2 nights in suite b and b. Prosecco and a main course dinner with spa access. 
Reception very poorly signposted.
Be aware you are unlikely to be staying in The old manor. The rooms in new wing very spacious and comfy.  Very clean. Decor requires bit tlc.
The bar is just part of the resteraunt sectioned off - no real ambience. The food was excellent but the service poor. The staff were all lovely and friendly but not knowledgeable or efficient. 
The spa is fabulous with decking area outside with hot tubs. Really loved it.

What a waste of money, where do I start.
Anybody who gives this place a four or five star rating who did not stayed in the manor have never stayed in a manor before. We enjoy staying in manors, the advertising is seriously misleading and will be officially complained about.

The advertising jargon makes it appears that you will be staying in a manor, I've taken all the screen shots of the advertising jargon and will be taking it to advertising standards authority, it's a complete rip off and completely misleading. I'm not happy as this should have been a relaxing night away with my partner but instead I didn't sleep all night due to being annoyed with misleading advertising. I'm writing this review at 4:37am.

BAD POINTS:
* These are not suits, period. We've stayed in plenty of 4 star suits (and 5 star hotels), and this is not one of them.
* No fridge for medications.
* No safe for belongings.
* No iron or ironing board.
* I had to return to TV for missing channels.
* I've not see the manor or the gardens.
* Spa needs shutting down, cleaning and repainting (in sauna area).
* Slippery spa floor (be very careful).
* Bed is like trying to sleep on rocks.

GOOD POINTS:
* Excellent food (but limited to a £15 voucher not £15.50 as stated in the advertising jargon), plus extras at extra cost.
* Nice steam room (in sauna area).
* ‎Nice hot room (in sauna area).
* Nice bathroom in our so called laughable suite.

I will be leaving Rookery manor more stressed out than when I arrived here.

This is the most beautiful place I have seen.  This is definitely worth serious consideration if you are planning a wedding 💒.
