Have been to several such places. I believe this is the best in Greece. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very professional. Good prices for quality. Strongly recommend.
Every time I visit Leroy Merlin,I am not disappointed, since especially he gives you a good overall picture what's new on the market. But what I love most is the huge underground PARKING space, which especially during summer time it's a big plus. IKEA on the other side , which is just a few meters away has only open parking and your car it's cooked. So better and if possible leave your car in LEROY MERLIN, and visit IKEA by food!
They make you pre-pay an order, and then they simply DO NOT deliver on the pretext it's not them who do the order!!!! After waiting for a month! I went there twice to see what's happening with my PREPAPAID order, called them on numerous occasions but they said "ωραία""good" !!! each time!!! ; when they found my order in the system, they said they were going to call back but didn't. They did nothing. I also tried to call Management but Management operates like our great Public Sector; they are never available, "out for lunch", sometimes so is the 'secretariat' - in other words one never gets through while they MAKE you WAIT incessantly, and you have to listen to their tedious advertisements on the telephone. The employees on the floor are all kind, however powerless to help with the problem they are not really responsible for. You will NOT be compensated. I wanted to buy 3!!! heating stoves for the WINTER. Clever as they are, maybe they plan to force me buy them at double the price so they can further 'grill' me in June : ...Ah! and then they answer here below with a 'robotic' type of answering machine, stating that they are 'sorry' for this 'unique' : indeed experience... while they GIVE YOU WORK TO DO A MONTH LATER, PLS READER, KINDLY READ THEIR ANSWER, they want to "investigate' they say, a month later!!!! It's a bad joke! They POLITELY do NOT care in the slightest.
The best Leroy of all Attica and believe me, I visited all of them. Not the biggest, but very nice and kind employees. If you want more choices, you'll have to go to the maroussi one.
The Greek version of B&Q. Very impressive customer service You can tell that staff love their jobs and work place.
Friendly staff and plenty of collections. Looking forward to see an outlet in UK soon.
Many items in stock and plenty of solutions for your house and hard. Most employees have knowledge, are properly trained and are willing to assist but they are overwhelmed with customer requests. This place needs more staff especially during the high season/summer and higher end products. Not just the basic ones. Back door delivery was quick on large items and parking is enough. Checkout is fast.
On the web the items I wanted where in stock, actually tenths of items. Half an hour later when I visited the store more than half of the items I wanted weren't available
It has great variety, easy access, fast service, good customer service
Place was great the paints were really good and service was amazing
