Love the Ron jones. I will say the weather is a bit on and off but then that’s Aberdare so… but other than that the track is great and nothing to complain
Stands are tiny, had a comp here, and there was nowhere to sit. Only around 3 teams had proper seating. The rest were sat on the grass
Fantastic new athletics facility. Located in Aberdare, alongside the new secondary school, surrounded by park land but not far from a Tesco superstore too. Fab views of the mountains around. Track is very good quality, there's a small covered seated stadium and a decent building with changing rooms etc.
Magnificent sports arena. Got all you need for training.
I was there for the proclimation of the National Eisteddfod of Wales 2024. Beautiful sunny day.
