My daughter brought her first car from Ilkeston branch, a lovely 17 reg Aygo. Matthew amazing with us, great at communicating with emails and we were able to surprise my daughter to get this car home in good time. Smooth process as Matthew told me all info I needed to bring in and car looked brand new all shiny and clean. Highly recommend this experience! The Toyota mascot was the icing on the cake!

Called in Ron Brooks at Ilkeston on a very rainy day last week to have a browse around the used cars. It wasn’t definite that we were going to make a purchase that day, however after a very warm welcome and meeting the Sales Representative Yugesh Passi; who was a most professional and caring member of staff; we made a purchase of a Toyota Aygo X!! Visited the ilkeston branch just to take a look at a Corolla, after looking up reviews for all dealers within 30 mile radius. These guys had the best reveiws, check trustpilot also, I find these more comprehensive and they lived up to it. Matthew was excellent from start to finish. Never drove an automatic before, mini lesson given, put at ease. Decided to buy and all the options were explained clearly and openly. Part ex completed with full explaination of deal and price. Handover arranged around my needs and very smooth transaction with aftercare offered and given. Highly recommend going here before any other Toyota dealer. Also ask for Matthew. His servoce was second to none.
