Called lost Mobile.nDriver answered saying it had been left on the bus. He was just taking it to lost property in the garage. Advised to call in the morning to arrange collection.nVery helpful person on phone invited me to attendnOn arrival a very helpful standards agency person asked to help and took me to the reception.nExplained situation and was left to wait with a lovely cup of tea. Thank you.nMy phone was identified and the people were so very helpful, friendly and kind. Thank you.nWhile waiting the drivers on a break were very friendly. All I would say is, in my opinion, the staff area was in a public facing space.nAs they work long shifts working directly with the public, it might be better if they had a more private space for breaks.nHowever, excellent service
Rude drivers that think chatting away at the bus stop rather than changing drivers, is something they're being paid for

Most Helpful and Friendly Staff!nnI lost my phone yesterday evening in Bus Route no: 193 enroute to Romford from Hornchurch.nnStaff at North Street garage was quick to assure all help and requested to call today morning to confirm if it was handed over to them.nnTo my surprise the kind Bus driver of Route:193 did hand it over there after his shift late yesterday! I went and collected it from there a while ago. A zillion Thanks to his honesty and the North Street Garage staff for being very friendly, gracious and helpful all throughout! You make TfL Buses way better!
Partner lost her bus pass from shallow pocket on 86 bus Wednesday afternoon. Took a chance following morning at North Street Garage and it was there. Many thanks to the lady bus driver who handed it in, Front desk men at Garage and the man who checked my details and handed back the pass were very polite.
