I I was so impressed with the service that I received from Romans Mortgage Services over the last few weeks. Robert Wheeler was not only extremely professional and efficient, but he was in contact with me at every point of the mortgage being processed, and I was always aware of what was going on. Not only this, but at every point I felt like could ask any questions (being my first mortgage, I had quite a few!) and that I could call at any point and that he would always be willing to help. I really could not have asked for a better service.

The best information I have got so far from Mr Robert Wheeler, he is not only professional but honest and knowledgeable, he knows what he is talking about, I am looking forward to see Mr Robert Wheeler again in near future with my wife, if I come through with a property that I really like..Many thanks for your outputs in making me understand about small things, highly appreciate it Mr Robert, thank you so much...

Our mortgage broker, Graham Ashby, was helpful all the way through from before applying for mortgage till the end. He is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Every time we had a question he replied quickly and efficiently. On the day of the contract exchange, he phoned me just to let me know that the rates have come down and managed to apply the new rates, get the approval from bank and HelptoBuy authorities within a day so that our completion date wouldn't delay!!! we did not expect it from him but this one example shows that if you do go to him you'd be meeting with a professional with high level of duty of care and rest assured that you'd be in good and safe hands. Thank you very much Graham.

Our mortgage adviser Graham was excellent to deal with. Always there to answer questions and help us through the process. I would recommend him highly.

Having been let down directly by the broker of a high street lender over the course of a few weeks who demanded ridiculous guarantees that could not be met owing to a large part of my salary being commission based, we were given an ultimatum by our vendor to have a valuation booked in within a few days or they would put the property back on the market. I turned to Graham Ashby of Romans Mortgage Services and within 2 hours we not only had an offer in principle and at a better rate than the previous but the mortgage valuation was booked in the very next day and a successful mortgage offer in writing the week after. Graham is delightful to do business with, not just as a true professional using his extensive contacts to find us the right deal and extremely quickly, but also was conducted with unrivaled charisma. Graham has since used his expertise in assisting us with identifying the best Life Assurance cover currently on the market for us. We will certainly be approaching Graham in the lead up to remortgage time.
