What a Find !! 02/18/2023 - Verified Purchase  Handicap: 25+ Plays: Once a week  Recommend As soon as you arrive you can feel a great ambiance about the place.  Craig, Tom and Ed are so welcoming and helpful. They "go the extra mile" without any doubt. The course condition for the time of year is excellent and the facilities before and after are first class.  I doff my cap to you gents.

Really pleasant day spent on the course which was in very good condition with some excellent holes including a superb par 3 with 160 yards of carry over water, not for the faint hearted. We will definitely call again on our next tour of North Yorkshire.

5 months into playing golf, and Romanby has by far the best course out of those that I've played. The greens are superb and the ball actually runs. There is a very easy flow to the course layout, and is simple to navigate.  The range is great, and is the cheaper of the 2 I've visited locally. Pay by coin or in the clubhouse, and is open to 2030 on weekdays, which really works for me with work and children.

We had our wedding hear and it was absolutely beautiful. Craig helped us all the way from start to finish. It was the best experience and the best day all thanks to everyone at the golf course. I would highly recommend 1000000% to anyone to have a wedding hear or any event, you won't be disappointed.Thank you all so much for everything. The food was delicious we all couldn't get enough of it and the dj was brilliant we danced all night. The staff was all lovely and kind and the venue was just perfect. We got alot of compliments from guests on how beautiful it was hear. It was a day I won't ever forget. Can’t thank Edd and the team enough. Made wedding planning so much easier. From the friendly bar staff, the willingness to go the extra mile to make our day so special & helping us decorate to the absolutely exquisite food, we have had so many compliments about everything, and we couldn’t have done it without you!

We had our daughters wedding here. This golf club is beautiful and the staff are amazing, nothing to much trouble they went above and beyond and we cant thank them enough. Venue was outstanding. decor everything about that day was on another level. Would highly recommend RGC for any event but especially a wedding absolutely beautiful.

We had our wedding at the golf club on 9th September 2022. After 2 and half years of planning and preparation they did not disappoint. Every step has been an absolute pleasure when dealing with the management and staff. Nothing was too much trouble. They always responded quickly to any emails or calls. They day itself surpassed all our hopes and helped me our special day perfect. Thank you Edd and Craig and all the staff, you have been exceptional

I had my wedding at the golf club and it was just amazing. I didn’t have to worry one bit. Everything was done for us to how we wanted it. They were so helpful throughout the whole day. Always asking if everything was ok. Food was delicious. So quick at the bar. No one had to wait to be served. Would definitely be back for any party in the future. Thank you so much for everything

Craig and his team are excellent! So helpful and patient with us when discussing our wedding plans. Great venue and flexible to help us get what we wanted, nothing was to much trouble and forthcoming with suggestions of what they venue can do to support us. Thank you Craig.

Visited with 10 friends for the Christmas Party night on 16th December I am so pleased we chose this venue as everyone was so impressed, from the surrounding , the attentive and friendly staff, the menu and the entertainment were all first class. I can not recommend enough and we are all in agreement we will be booking again next year, so thank you for all your hard work in making our night out one to remember
