We have been a few times over the 6 weeks to the learner sessions and our kids are now hooked. Skates hired seem good quality. Staff have been friendly and engaging with the skaters. Special mention to Alicia for working 1 on 1 with our daughter who was absolutely petrified but by the end of the session was taking small steps by herself. She has the patience of a saint!
We found the place very friendly and well run, the restaurant was very reasonably priced and clean, the rink itself is awesome with a great atmosphere, you can also buy skates and accessories from there which is handy if you need bits for your skates, you can also hire skates which seemed a quality skate, they obviously had a passion for skating before they started the business, definitely going to be a regular as my kids and good lady loved it
The party I had at Rollerworld, Derby, for my 9 year old was one of the best organised parties we’ve had. The staff were so helpful, the food was lovely and all the children enjoyed themselves. I was most pleased with how they took charge of setting up the cake with the candles and toppers I had brought, and presented it to my daughter at the end of the meal. Then they cut it up and put it all into the party bags. It was a great experience and really good customer service.
Fantastic party for our 7year old, very reasonably priced, party bags provided, food was actually quite a large amount with lots of choice, the staff were super helpful. Only a £20deposit and on the day they only charged us for the kids that showed up! The party itself was great, the kids had mixed abilities and all seemed to enjoy even with falling on their bottoms! Would definitely do it again if the kids are up for it!
Had my son’s party here for 13 friends. Very happy with the service we received. Everything was taken care of for us. Everything was well organised and went so smoothly. Food was great as were all the staff. Special thanks to Matt our party host, would definitely recommend.
